So, I agree with the general disappointment around the treatment of Riot of Rot, and the avoidance of the plague aesthetic as if its, well, the plague. But I feel like FR has just had a weird way of handling Flights in general???

yep - I took a haitus right when that happened and just recently came back and remembered all that... and still have no answers! only slightly disappointed, but I did come back to ancients so I guess I'll take what I can get!

I understand water's gripe too, that's really unfair that their deity has been missing for so long. I think the devs need to give some kind of statement about how the user base feeling underappreciated though.

It's especially weird considering they staff talked about him coming back around the time the first Ancient was released... but they decided not to because they didn't want the first ancient to be associated with a specific Flight's festival. Like, I kinda get it... They didn't want the other flights to rage because Water got chosen first or whatever, but... Nocturnes have their OWN festival. People didn't take a big offense to that. It's become one of the most beloved of festivals even!
