"Worth" isn't really the right word, since progens can't be traded, but that would be rare, and pretty neat!

Basically, since the only person who's ever going to have access to your random progen is you, it matters if it makes [i]you[/i] happy and not otherwise. For instance, I like ID numbers that look cool because… well, they look cool! My random progen's ID number is pretty cool! But he's never going to be more valuable because of it, and the ID number only matters because [i]I[/i] like it.
If you like his pattern, that's great! Pamper him, take him out to Dragon Share threads to show him off, etc. If you don't like his colors and wanted to scatter him before this and still kind of do, then there's no reason why not to. Your personal happiness with this dragon is what matters.
I mean, the same is true of every dragon, but the issue is if you have, say, an XYX G1 dragon you [i]can[/i] sell and you prefer this cheap XYZ dragon you saw on the auction house, you might as well sell the XYX dragon to fund your cute cheap XYZ dragon. But since that's not the case here…!

Rolling an XYX for your random progen is pretty special! Unable to sell it but it's a really cool thing to happen.

Getting a double or triple colour dragon as your random progen is super lucky, most people end up with ugly random progens! Your dragon would definitely be considered quite valuable if it wasn't account bound!
I'm also one of the lucky ones that got a double for my random, mine's denim/denim/steel, just one away from being a triple!

I didn't know ppl value doubles & double G1s especially and learned that only later.
I'd guess most ppl will say it's lucky!
Personally I think so too, just because a double can't really be extremely mismatched... When you wanna gene them, several combinations will likely look good.
