Live action cat in the hat is worrisome, I'm honestly surprised it was ok'd to be a movie. Pretty sure my clan would toss an invisibility cloak on that dude asap.
But to be fair, they do that with everything.

I think he would be stopped by the guards at the clan entrance before he even got into the lair. He's too suspicious for the dragons to just permit him to waltz in.

My dragons would inquire about him after noticing a disturbance in hatchling behavior and the guards would take him to a medical facility in the clan for resting purposes as he scared countless hatchlings.
