I coulda sworn there was a Dungeons and Dragons magical item in some edition that changed your character's gender...it was like a magical girdle or something...

EDIT: It was the Girdle of Femininity/Masculinity and apparently it first appeared all the way back in the first DMG in 1979. Also was in Baldur's Gate and some other spinoff media.
