I noticed no one seems to have posted about this yet on fr.
Yesterday and friday a bunch of flightrising tumblrs changed their icons to familiars, and started editing apparel onto them (this started with heckling-hydrena on tumblr, and dire-vulture popularized it).
So, I followed suit. Changed my url to basalteruption on tumblr, and edited the familiar in question to wear apparel, then used it as my icon.

The powerpack coat is frankensteined together from at least 3 different breeds, and I had to do some extra copying and transforming, and even draw some stuff in myself to get it to work. But I'm quite proud of how it looks, even if it's not perfect! [/color]

Seeing people be surprised that fr still has a community on tumblr is surprising in itself. The community is really active and friendly there!
