As for me, I couldn't remember my first awakened familiar if I tried. But, poor things get sent to the Vault when it happens.

I keep all of my familiars (I'm a total hoarder). I think the first familiar I awakened was a Dunhoof (?) but am not 100% certain.

@Loniface haha i opened it and got nothing good, only some fodder apparel. i've also decided to put them away in the vault for now!

'grats! i have no idea which one i awakened first. i keep some of my awakened familiars on my hibden dragons, since they dont really serve no purpose after giving me the gilded treasure chest

Congratulations! I have 0 clue what my first awakened familiar was, probably some coli one? And I keep a copy of every awakened familiar in my hoard cause I'm a completionist! Plus more to choose from if I want to give a dragon a buddy!

Congrats! It's been a while since my first awakened familiar, but I'm guessing it was the Mistwatch Shellion? I remember buying it and putting it on one of my first dragons (Mischievous), so that's my best guess. I keep all of my familiars and just switch them out for a new one to awaken.

I think the first familiar I awakened was [item=bluefin charger] but I’m not entirely sure. I don’t usually do anything with fams once they’re awakened, although I probably should vault them. I just swap them for a new fam (with a few exceptions for lore-ish reasons)
