The mane is the same as male Imperial dragons have under their chin (only longer on male, don't mean the larger mane around the head, because it is the same on both) and the horn is part of the horn. It is like a branch. I see nothing wrong here.

noticed that horn when drawing one of my imp ladies. speaking of horns - I noticed that on official art females have more curved ones, while males are straighter and not so branchy. could be each imp has unique horn shape or ye dimorphism or however it is spelled pfftt
as of beard... I was aware of it when drawing that first imp, then when drawing one other I was "no it doesn't exist I didn't drew it on first one" (but I was. "wait didn't I added it but didn't liked how it looks and what vibe it gives so I removed it... no they don't have chin fluff")
