So yeah... your opinions on this year's Shadow apparel. Another controversial fest apparel piece. [center][item=Void's Grasp][/center] Personally - not a huge fan of it, I'm a little... disappointed? Though I may need it for one of my dragons/fandragons in the future. But yeah, probably my least favourite apparel piece from the fest. Many people think it was a huge letdown. I'm wondering if it would sell after or during the fest, honestly. BUt I have seen some people who liked how delicate it was. And what do you think? I... do not like it.

Okay to elaborate: I don't like the lack of detail, not that it's a understated piece. It looks too stiff and zigzaggy to me, and isn't flowy enough for how I imagine goop and shadows. It looks like someone took a marker and drew stiff, straight lines. If it was executed better I might have liked it..

I've tried it on *seven* of my forty purple dragons, seven of which who could have, in retrospect, pulled off a goopy apparel piece of this color, and it didn't work on any of them for one sole reason: its too stiff. It either cuts through their design and throws off the outfit, or you can't see it at all and it doesn't add anything.

The fest apparel is my favorite release each fest and the one I look forward to the most, especially when it's Trickmurk. Now I've gotta wait a full year and hope I'll like that apparel piece. oh well, I'll survive. Hopefully next year we get something brighter, like the Murkmirth Tailcoat

I actually really like it! I'm one of those people that likes how delicate it is. I'm just not a fan of the emblem so I'll probably use the piece on a post that hides it

I think it's very cool. I'm sad not everyone is enjoying it... I thought a lot of people would like this one, seeing as people have been complaining about over-the-top fest apparel for the past few months.

It’s not bad, but it’s nothing special either. Trickmurk has always released some of my favourite fest apparel, so I was expecting something cooler and I’m a bit disappointed. But I don’t hate it either.

:D We really like it. It's not as big and bulky as some festival apparel, we like having some simpler items available too.

I like it a lot! I mean, people are going to complain about any fest apparel, but this piece will be wayyy easier to use than any of the bulky, high coverage pieces. This is the sort of apparel I get excited about!

The only thing I'm not a fan of is the sigil, but it should be really easy to cover that with a scarf or something, so not a problem!

I was underwhelmed but honestly having more delicate/dainty pieces of festival apparel can be a good thing sometimes I guess? Usually it can be difficult to put together outfits with the more over-the-top apparel that's been released for the festivals.

i like it! festival apparel tends to be really bulky, it's a nice change.
