Is anyone else disappointed by the shadow apparel we have? I don't mind if it's goopy but I thought it'd be MORE goopy, at the very least. I don't know. It just seems very underwhelming... :/

I like the new apparel! It's subtle, and goes well with non-shadow dragons too. Though I get your frustration, it could be bulkier and more... Shadow-y.
I think the apparel is okay (although personally, I probably won’t use it), but I wasn’t a fan of the scene.

i think we really needed it. it goes amazingly with shadowstrike for one. also, so much fest apparel is huge and bulky, covering too much of the dragon. this is perfect.

I think it was a necessity to make a smaller apparel piece this year the past few years they’ve been quite big or flashy and so have most flights apparel. I think some smaller pieces are good every other year.

yep, agreed with both! i kind of miss the days of matching fest apparel, like how a lot of the Light stuff goes together, some of the early Earth items... so i really like how this year's matches the Shadowstrike and also isn't covering a massive amount of the dragon. coverage variety is nice!

I like apparel that goes in a 'set'. Even if small--as long as it matches a former year I am okay.

I really hope that's what they are doing. I like dressing my avatar dragon with festival items as the festival comes, sometimes the outfits really clash. A set would be a neat way to keep things similar. Smaller items also makes it easier to mix and match.

I think it's alright. I can definitely appreciate how versatile it is due to the simplicity, but I understand how it can be kind of underwhelming. I feel like whenever theres a really busy piece people ask for simplicity, so its just a case of can't make everyone happy
