Flight Rising Discussion

With the 1000th familiar right around the corner (53 to go) I've been wondering whether it'll just be a regular coli/fest familiar or a special one. Do you think the staff has anything special planned?

I hope so, I think it'd be cool if they could plan for it to be a special one. Though I'm not entirely sure if it's feasible, and would get in the way of a regular batch fam drop like we get from the coli and fiona, or in the way of a fest- but I hope it is! I think it'd be really cool if we got a little living bestiary or something, like how for BotE we got a living globe

I hope they do something special for it to commemorate the occasion. Something like a Beast book of beasts, if that makes sense. A living compendium. Like the monster book of monsters from harry potter or something.

@Recallback I hope they'll squeeze in a little celebration in between festivals and regular releases for it if they plan on doing anything! Something incorporating the 11 flights like the globe kinda did would be cool

@vihuff Yeah, even though we already have book familiars, I'd love something like that!

I don't think staff are paying that close of attention to the numbers. But I would love to be proved wrong! The 1000th familiar SHOULD be something unique.
