I never really took a proper look at this apparel piece and I do believe at one point I just noticed this and went "nope, not dealing with this today. that's something for future me to deal with" and so it be as future me is the me of today. Do Feathery Fallouts just have rubberized bones? Is this what happens when you're exposed to extreme radiation? Your bones become jelly? That forearm could never be able to move,,,

on that note, ive always wondered if the coatls round bracket-shaped wings are normal?? i know my arm can make the same shape but can bird wings
