I've successfully roped some of my friends into playing FR, and I couldn't be happier. They're all total newbies who just love dragons that look nice, one's planning a lore lair, another collects a certain breed, and another loves to see what random pair's hatchlings look like. (They've even gotten a primal hatch already!)
I think it's great that FR has a range of playstyles. Even though mine is wildly different from theirs, it's super fun to be able to chat about the ins and outs of FR with some close pals.

I roped my sister and a friend in, both are not very active, which is of course fine. I'm only active for spurts anyway. My sis and I do share lore and enjoy trading dragons around.
