I just had a thought about the reward for participating in the current anniversary event. Everyone seems to think that it is a New modern breed, but what if it wasn't.

What if it were something that people have been wanting for pretty much a year. Since the last fest cycle started....

The Capricorn Familiar?

i think the capricorn familliar might be a fiona thing, but thats just me. guess we'll have to wait and see!

…I’d be disappointed. It would be out of order. And a lot of effort/work for one zodiac. Don’t get me wrong. They deserve love. But. I think even people with that sign would agree they’d rather it drop elsewhere some other way.

I'm expecting we'll get multiple good things, with maybe an earth ancient at the very end. I'm hoping at least for some wicked cool apparel. They did mention in the lore story that there were dragon skeletons down there, maybe we'll get some kind of cool ancient armor?

Because it should have been given out during NotN as the zodiac fest cycle is over. Yeah, I could see a lot of disappointment with it, but I also know that a lot of people were upset about it being a fiona familiar (as that meant they would potentially have to awaken several other familiars, and could only get one) so I thought perhaps this might be a compromise. Edit: I also want to say that i feel this is a lot of effort for pretty much anything if this mechanic isn't going to be utilized in the future, so this being for one familiar (or at least not necessarily 'THE' reward being capricorn but rather capricorn being 'A' reward) wouldn't necessarily seem a lot to me if they plan on utilizing this mechanic in the future.

They said Fiona was to do with Capricorn, and that definitely wouldn't be enough to warrant all of this. I doubt it.

Anything else, I'm fine if its not the modern, as long as its something new.
