Can I still get supplies for the digging effort even though they're taking a break? Or did they disable them to sorta prevent hoarding for mass-dropoff?
Yes! They seem to still be obtainable, I've gotten one through brewing and another in the coli in the last few minutes.

i imagine they can still be gotten - i think i got some from baldwin or crim just after phase 1 was done.
it'd probably be harder to deactivate and reactivate the ability to get the materials than just leaving them up the whole time

Yes. And you have until 10:00 server time tomorrow (June 9th) to turn in for Milestone 1 credit and reward.

@SilverOfStraw @Aequorin thanks!! I just did a bit of coli grinding and didn't get anything so I thought they were disabled until Phase 2 haha ^^;
