????? Worker??? Maybe some rare materials? All the other chests have been stuck that were already on site so I dont think it's anything new, but if it is I would love to have some new profession themed apparels

Yep, I say familiar. I remember the userbase and the admins discussing how funny it is that there are living beings inside chests (albeit only gameplay-wise, not lore-wise or irl) so I do believe this is something familiar-related.
