If we get a breed, what are you betting on it being?

All this for an ancient seems like overkill, especially when we’ve gotten them released with normal drops (albeit alongside lore). If it’s an introduction to a new method of releasing things, then ok.

I think it has to be modern tho.

Modern for sure. The timeline lines up with the last progress update, and past modern releases had events which ancients dont.

Ancient, everything in the story is related to super old stuff.

Given the clues, my guess is ancient! Unknown architecture, a shrine with no known purpose. That and Earth Flight doesn't have an ancient breed yet. XD Either way, looking forward to it!

(it wasn't really an event, rather slowly changing site-art, without any real user interaction..) Skydancers, coatls (and during beta wildclaws) were released without anything special.. [/quote] Someone else pointed out NOTN which is what I was thinking about, and Baldwin was an extended event of sorts, in terms of something lore-based occurring over a period of time, even though it wasn't interactive. Skydancers were a Kickstarter design iirc and I dont think beta should count. I wasn't here for coatl release so I didn't even realize they weren't released til January 2014. But I think this has more in common with NOTN and Baldwin than it does any of the ancient releases.
