Flight Rising Discussion

So, my event obelisk came out primal, which is great. Problem is, she isn't exactly what I wanted for my first natural primal - I specially planned out my breeding pairs so they'd end up fitting my aesthetic. And Lux's colors are matchy and cute, but neither dark nor saturated enough for me. There are pretty good sections of the color wheel I like, and Spines or Firefly can obliterate problematic terts without going basic. So, should I start scattering? And do y'all want to watch? You've got a good dragon. I wouldn't scatter.

I'd go for it, she's got good colors but if you aren't happy with it, then scatter! I bet you could find something that looks better with those primal eyes!

If it's not your style, go for it. I've done exactly the same thing with a natural primal of my own before.

I once scattered a first gen into XXX. Unfortunately when I thought I was gonna quit the site I gave them away LOL. Never again bruh. So if you scatter I'ma watch <3

I'm rationalizing this economically with the fact that
a) under normal circumstances, I'd be spending this much it more on Pokemon Go or burritos
b) I could just slap Starcon on her, or for the same price, I can get a bunch of scatters and hopefully end up with something I like better with cheap genes
c) If I get a neon-y or dark enough primary, I can work with almost anything, especially since most terts are invisible

Maybe its just because I had good luck with my own scatter, but I'd say go for it. If the dragon isn't to your taste then you'll be much happier when you land on something that is. Of course, since she has nice colors you could potentially swap dragons with someone

edit: you don't seem to be super picky about what colors it lands on so that's even more of a reason imo, if you do scatter and end up posting it I wouldn't mind a ping :)

I wouldn't, but if you really don't like the colors and have the funds, it could be fun :)

As long as you know you're gambling and could be in for a long road, then go for it. Also, have you tried using stained?
