How much currency do you keep in your hoard and why?
I used to hoard pretty consistently - always over a million treasure and over 2000g in the hoard… I treated it as my opportunity fund in case of new breeds, genes, or when wildclaw scrolls cycle through…. So, when obelisks came out I spent everything on breed scrolls and projects! Now I’m deciding whether to hoard again or just keep spending on projects.

I'm trying to become a hoarder so I can have the funds for all my projects, but I typically spend more. Although, I have been leveling up baldwin and selling genes.

Whenever I get thousands (1000, 2000) I put it in my vault. I do it with gems too and I take it out if I buy something.

Spender usually. But I told myself I need to start saving, so now I put every gem I get in my vault. Able to save up 5.5k so now here hoping I don't spend it :P As for treasure, I'm doing pretty good only spending it on Baldwain's lately. But once I save up enough to get all treasure genes for a project, I spend it all at once.

But I always end up finding something that I "need" or that is "too pretty to pass up" or "someone will buy this dragon if I don't get it now and I'll regret it". So in the end I am as broke as ever.

I keep zero treasure in my vault (and not much out of it either) and all my gems in there, rounded to the nearest thousand. It's not that keeping them stashed away helps me save because I know I'd spend them it I got the urge <<

I stick every 5kt or 5g in the vault. Unfortunately, it doesn't help me save because I just take it out when I want to buy something.

I always put in a million once I hit that mark, and I always put in 100 once I hit 100 gems.
It's just easier to keep it there so I don't spend it all by accident.

I stick my treasure in the vault in batches of 100kt, and every single gem goes in until I make my mind up to make a purchase. I keep about 100-200kt on hand for pretty dragon impulse buys though :) I'm not an impulse buyer or a big spender irl so it's kind of fun to exercise some of that in game

I used to (before my last hiatus) always keep 1mill in the vault and 2k gems. Now... what I make I spend as I remake my lair and apparel stash.
We'll see if I switch to hoarding more again once I'm settled in again.
