I have to instantly rule out plague since it sounds like a miserable place to live. Nature sounds like a really calm and peaceful place to live (Yes I'm imagining a cottage in the forest), tho light seems nice too. Also shadow could be nice to live in during halloween.

Worst places hands down would probably be Plague for obvious reasons (even though I am in Plague), Fire and I would also assume Ice, because both are extremes of hot and cold.
As for nice places, I would think maybe Water and Wind would be nice?
Maybe Light but you would have glitter everywhere..

I think it would depend highly on where in each flight you were, but overall light and wind would probably be nicest overall. If you avoid the raging zombie dragon and the haunted areas light is probably really nice. And wind has a peaceful vibe. Both also seem to have urban and rural options that would both be peaceful.
Arcane also would be neat, sure it sharp things falling from the sky, but there are plenty of irl places with extreme weather that are nice to live (though sharp objects falling from the sky isn't one of those irl weather phenomenon). There are likely many colleges and schools you could go too.
Nature would be nice to live on the outskirts of but a big portion of the flight is covered in dense, dark jungle which would likely be less pleasant.

Personally I LIKE wind so it'd not be a big deal for me. Great for activities like kite flying, which I don't get to partake in much irl.
The time I went hiking and it was so windy I nearly got blown off the side of the hill is one of my favourite memories.
I don't know where I'd want to live specifically - maybe the reedcleft ascent, because it seems closest in terrain to where I actually live (lots and lots of cliffs/lots and lots of pretty steep hills)
