I'm slowly shifting to becoming a tundra monolair (well...mostly), so I'm frequently buying tundra breed change scrolls for the dergs I want to keep. I used to buy them exclusively off of AH because they would go for about 30-40kt, below the Marketplace value - and ever since I've started buying them en mass, I've noticed that the average AH price has skyrocketed to 60-70kt! I think I might have accidentally manipulated the market...

Is there an item you've accidentally ruined the economy of?

The ones for the fancy dress sets, not the suits

If you layer the darker colored (red, purple, turquoise) ones under dark boots all you see is the dark toes so the dragons have completely covered feet

I buy them out whenever I see them available so now there’s always a couple gem listings for like 100g because that’s usually all that’s left after I’m done

@Shatapatrika so THAT'S why i can never get any dang sable spats, i wanted to buy a bunch for a set of fandragons. geez bro leave some for the rest of us /j

One time years ago I accidentally deflated the price of gilded chests by like, 40g. I severely undercut but balance it out by only doing one listing for an item at a time and I never relist anything. However I hadn't yet had that hard rule and I mistakenly relisted multiple chests over multiple days... Eventually wonder why they're not selling and go to check and see that they're now just about the price you'd get in stuff if you opened them. Oops :D

I think it took like, four months for them to recover at all and even longer for it to be worth selling them lol

I tend to crash the price for something expensive simply by posting at LAH. Check back when it doesn't sell to see the LAH has dropped to like 30% of it's original price.

My fodder apparel for Baldwin were the Arctic Tail Cozies and I would buy a ton of Tail Cozies that were 3 gems or less. After just a week or two of doing that, people stopped listing them below 4g for a while. It's a really small thing, but I switched to buying the Animal's Tail Guards for a while because of it. (I do tail apparel because I know I don't like using it on my dragons so I'm not going to keep it because "ooh pretty")

Im starting to feel like im making the price of sizzling phosperous lower because i keep listing multiple on the AH 0_0

[item=Flowering Pohip] and [item=Mossy Pohip] when i listed them a couple months ago lah was ~50g they,, eventually dropped to 25g and i gave up lmao
