TOPIC | are tundras reptiles or mammals?
All dragons are their own category, dragons. They live in all sorts of climates and are very active, so I would not consider them reptiles at all.
They're dragons.
If having fur would qualify them as mammals, then the same question needs to be posed about Imperials, Pearlcatchers, Veilspun, and Gaolers.

I have no idea but overall I think I agree with Drakessis.
Also there are massive undead monsters made of said dragons and evil black goop from space so I think we're past the idea of science and logic for the most part.

Being a mammal requires mammary glands. That's what "mammal" means. So I'm pretty sure none of the dragon breeds are mammals.
"Reptile" is pretty much a catch-all for all amniotes (babies grow in an amniotic sac, whether in the body or in an egg) that aren't mammals or birds. I could see somebody deciding to shoehorn certain dragon breeds into the "reptile" class.
Of course, the definition of earth "mammals" and "reptiles" also include the word "tetrapod", meaning "four-limbed". All the dragon breeds have six limbs. But I doubt they'd be classified as insects, either.
At the end of the day, though, I think everybody else here is correct. They're all "dragons". They aren't earth animals, and thus don't fit into any existing earth classification.
