When doing a dragon search out of curiosity, I saw that the youngest gen 1 Imp is only 7 months old. There are 533 total Gen 1 Imps on the site, though 13 of these are exalted. The odd number makes me think that there has to be at least 1 scroll left, though there's a good chance the account that holds it is inactive, especially with the scrolls rolling out 8 years ago.
It makes me wonder when we'll see the last Gen 1 imp, maybe this last one from 7 months ago is the last one. Even if there are any scrolls left, would anyone even be able to afford them with how high they're priced? Would whoever's holding them even give them up? I saw some people who are keeping Dustcarve chests for nostalgia's sake, so I would not doubt in the slightest that if anyone has imp scrolls left, they would be keeping them as they are indefinitely for that same purpose.
There were only so many backers who got the one package, at least 267 if each one got 2 scrolls, but how many more could there have been? I'm going to guess probably not too many. I think it's kinda interesting to think about

In active lairs, there’s probably 1-3 left. I’ve seen several people save up enough gems for an Imperial scroll, so it is possible.

There's probably a couple in inactive lairs, from folks who were saving theirs for 'the perfect dragon' but lost interest in the site before using them.

According to a post we found there was about 1000 scrolls given out with the kickstarter. Then there's the 500+ used on gen 1 dragons and an unknown amount used on other dragons.

We imagine there will always be a few hanging around owned by people who never plan to use them.

I know if I owned one, I would literally never use it. :I or I would use it if I somehow got like, a super special ID hatch, but what would be the chances of that??

My guess is that the folks who have any left will hoard them for the rest of time lmao

I think there's at least one in an inactive lair, but I would imagine that they're pretty much gone now.

Some of those exalted G1 Imperials were cheated with duped scrolls and were exalted by Staff.
"Shameweaver" was genned by Staff for an Announcement image.

So the number of legitimate exalted G1 Imperials is less than 13. I believe the actual number is 7.

EDIT: As far as scroll go, it's impossible to tell. Many scrolls were used on random G2+ dragons, and I imagine that some scrolls were never actually claimed by some backers.

Only around 40-45% imp scrolls were used on g1 imperials. Rest were used on g2+. Still a decent chunk of them around but so many dead/forgotten accounts...
