I’m Pagan- so is basically the rest of my family minus the other guys- we have Alters and preform Alter work essentially daily.
Do you think Dragons do the same / a similar process for their respective Flight Deities? Like, do Shadow Dragons keep vials of ink on theirs? Maybe Light Dragons keep the little light orbs around theirs.
Mayhaps Earth Dragons putting various kinds of stones or things related to Earthshaker? Fire Dragons with candles or embers they keep alight?
Nature Dragons putting plants n such on theirs while Plague Dragons maybe having self-sacrifice with items they deeply care for, or the remains of long deceased things like bones?

That's a cool idea. Maybe the items that are used as fest currency could be what dragons put on alters, since they're called each flight's "most prized possessions" in the news posts about them. I take that to mean that those items have a lot of cultural significance.

i'm pagan as well! and i'm assuming it would be dependent on how dedicated to their deities are. very lair lore-subjective, you know? so like some dragons might be exceptionally devoted to their deities and their beliefs, whereas others aren't as much, or maybe aren't at all.

Most of my clan don't have any feelings about the deities other than 'they exist, they are powerful' etc, but Rouk has a little private shrine to Plaguebringer that he's a bit touchy/embarrassed about. He leaves her tokens and oddments, mostly out of habit from regular 'please let me live through today' prayers before he retired from mercenary work.

It seems like the level of dedication to a deity varies from clan to clan. Potentially flight to flight as well (iirc, some lore blurb says Lightning dragons are the most "removed" from their element).
Ignoring that I only have 3 dragons right now... Most of my main clan of born and raised Plague dragons would have general altars. Altar/deity work would be a normal everday thing for them. Dragons of other elements may have altars to both the Plaguebringer, and their native elemental diety, especially if they're mages.
