Well, I reached Zero Undiscovered in the Bestiary! I don't actually possess the 5 kickstarters or the Boolean (I just got them to Advanced) so it feels incomplete.
I'll never get those 6 familiars. Ever. So to me it doesn't feel like the Bestiary can ever be completed. What does it mean to have zero "undiscovered"? It isn't the same as having the Bestiary completed.
Does anyone else feel like this?

When I get all undiscovered familiars, I'm selling all of them except the ones on my dragons. I don't go completionism mode for something I physically can't complete (like the old FR achievements, which was also locked behind Boolean). It bothers me to not see a 0 or a 100%.

5 kickstarters? do you mean a downtime like akirbeak or a sprite or something?

I really hate things that cannot be completed just because I joined a game"to late"
If there are items or just stuff in any way that is not possible to get anymore and just retires, i just don't bother to play a game because it's unfair to newer players.
Flight Rising is to this day the one and only exception from this.

If it makes you feel any better back in 2013-2019 I didn't think I'd ever be able to get a KS familiar. Flash forward to 2021 and I finally managed to get one after a whole year of saving up.

I don't think it's impossible to save up for a KS familiar, the real question is are there people out there selling one.

5 Kickstarters? Advanced? I think OP lives in an alternate timeline /j
Joking aside, congrats! I think it's possible to get KS familiars through a hefty daily grind so good luck!

I know what you mean. I still am not quite there, got 21 left, but my interest in the whole game started waning once I got my light sprite. Like. Everything else I can either get through grinding a bit, which admittedly isn't easy but is just a matter of time, or is functionally impossible, especially now that I have a full time job.
Personally I'm trying to get some new projects, but there really isn't anything of the same scale as getting all the familiars out there. Maybe I could get some hyper specific dragon G1 quest? IDK. Not sure it would hit the same.
