For all the discourse that happened earlier this month and whatever you thought of last year's RoR, I think it's clear staff listened to people's complaints from last year. The apparel is AWESOME and really leans into the nasty horror elements of Plague, and from bugs to mutants to survivalists there's an amazing variety of skins.

it's really cool, and the indication of that the item might grow into something useful does fit in with my idea that dragons can actively mutate in form. further encouraged by other Arcane items, but having other elemental verification of it is nice.
