Why is his mouth so small? Don't most dragons nip/bite? Does he nibble people when he's angry?

Can the Arcanist even open his mouth?!? If he does not eat (meaning it's useless) then can he even open it? How does he even get his energy? Do the gods use magical energy as food? Do THEY eat? How many cavities does Plaguebringer have if so, and does she need medical help ASAP?

Does the arcanist just sit and stare at you in the middle of the night making creepy furby sounds and staring into your eyes soullessly?

The youngest, yet hungriest sibling, the one who wears a kind face but nevertheless devours knowledge and thought, rendering it Unexistant. Perhaps he's waiting, waiting for the world to advance so that he may purge it for sustenance again, plunging all sapient species back into the dark ages for the third time.
