TOPIC | That maintenance
It says "critical site infrastructure work" which could either be very boring or super mega ultra exciting. No in-between. And I hope it's the second one!
It says "critical site infrastructure work" which could either be very boring or super mega ultra exciting. No in-between. And I hope it's the second one!
It says scheduled maintenance, and in the past admins have said it's always just "boring" backend stuff. At most it's preparing the site for upcoming content, which is what I'm betting on since it's critical site infrastructure stuff.
I'm mildly curious why the site search system might be offline for 24 hours, though.

agreed- it could also be setting up new features, like the trade system they mentioned for NotN, or prepping for Arlo. we probably wont see any changes on the front end when the site comes back up, but ive been wrong about it before! [s]please let me be wrong[/s]

Devs told us that the achievement system will be the last feature to be revamped, due to how it's interconnected to alot of various features.
