Well, Tamika’s Archeology Consortium has the solution for you! Run by head archeologist of the Kairos Refuge, the T.A.C. is a group dedicated to improving your Archeology experience. Upon sending in a request, Tamika and her team will assign you to a partner or group with whom you can share and exchange research in order to complete your plots faster and more easily. You will be added to the Consortium’s roster. The T.A.C. is looking for responsible members who will give try to send research notes to their group at least three times a week. |
You get to have one person sending your all of their notes! You send all of your notes to one person! Understand they might become inactive, or go several days without sending you any.
I would like to be in a team!
You’ll be a part of a group of three or four. It will be up to you to work out how you divide your notes between your team members, understanding you have a responsibility to make it as fair as possible. If one person is inactive several days, you will still be able to interact with the other members of your group!
PSA: It is possible to send more than 3 notes a day to a single person in one day, if you are factoring that into your decision. You just have to send them in separate batches!
I would like to be labeled as social!
Ideally you should be sending and receiving notifications about how many notes you're sending. You can expect and send messages about your accomplishments! How has your partner/team helped you with a project or helped you receive something? Let them know in a pm! Make them a part of your lore!
I would like to be labeled as solitary!
You and your partner/team don’t have to say a word to each other! You get to work in comfortable silence with no weird expectations from each other! You do not need to send any notifications about your research and you won't receive any, this means you would be working on an honour system.
Understand that there might not be an even split between these two groups. There is a chance a solitary player and a social player might be paired or put into a group, in this case I will let you know and it will be expected that the social player does not contact the solitary player.
“What of my team/partner stops sending me notes or goes on hiatus?”
You can claim an inactive partner after ten (10) days without receiving any notes. Send in another request, stating that you had a previous partner. You will be assigned to someone new and your partner will be listed as inactive. This will have to run on the honour system, give your partner a little room if they might be busy.
“What if I have to go on hiatus?”
Your partner will be reassigned and you will be listed as inactive. Upon returning to the game, you can come in and request to be reassigned. If this happens repeatedly and frequently, you may listed as low priority, or be barred from forming partnerships (you would only be in groups of at least 3)
I feel like my partner/team isn't sending me all their notes, what do I do?
Well, I can't force anybody to send you their notes. PM them, they may simply be having bad RNG. If you still get that feeling, you can request a new partner, but follow up details might be requested.
