I have this dragon named storm and i only just checked her ancestors' to realise shes a gen 7? (I think) Naomi descendent. And it makes me wonder, Have any of y'all taken a unreasonable amount of time to notice somethin bout a dragon?

I have this dragon named storm and i only just checked her ancestors' to realise shes a gen 7? (I think) Naomi descendent. And it makes me wonder, Have any of y'all taken a unreasonable amount of time to notice somethin bout a dragon?

I bred a dragon I picked up as fodder (and got wegged), not knowing they're part of a lineage challenge. once I found out I posted their hatchie in the lineage thread tho. (bonus anecdote: I have another derg who was part of a lineage challenge that kinda fell short. he is very good at wegging me. lineage dragons just do that to me I guess)
I have a Naomi descendant who I didn't realize was one for a long time, I noticed before I bred him though.
picking up XXY or XYY dragons as fodders is also a common one. so. many. fodder saves.
one of my first dergs I purchased from the AH is a primal. I was not aware she was a primal until I checked her stats, like, weeks after I got her. in my defense, Nature Primal on a Guardian is kinda hard to see
