Do you try to do it by dragon colour? By ID? By species? By Pose? Do you try and do it by lore? There's so many ways we can do it to try and make it look nice and they all make my head spin! I tried my best but I keep wondering if it's still somehow too unorganized. And that doesn't even include rather you should or shouldn't do columns in 4s or 5s.

How do you organize?

I've stuck with making sure dragons in each tab are organized by order of FR's color wheel, starting with maize and ending with pearl. Primary color gets highest priority, then secondary, then tertiary. I use this method because I'm paralyzed by exactly you say - the amount of ways I could organize.

I recently tried using tabs in my hibden to sort by egg group, but it makes my longstanding method of organizing look more messy.

I have a special order for specific dragons. Most of my dragons are organised by colour and ID number.

I mostly organize by color! My front page is the exception, but even that has the dragons arranged to look balanced.

I go by overall color, including apparel and such, for a nice gradient effect.

Poorly, I do it poorly.

I still feel like I really should be able to organise it better.

I sort by lore! I like having dragons that are in the same place lore-wise also being in the same place in my lore.

My main lair tab is divided into breeding groups and then into sets of dragons arranged by their genes.

My other lair tabs are for dragons on their way to the den, and dragons who fight in the Coli.

My den has an inbox, and a lot of pages of dragons divided up by lineage.

In this lair, we HAVE BABIES!

My lair has tabs for coli dragons, current breeders, and hatchlings/sales.

My HD is mostly roughly divided into different species groupings.

Within these categories they are usually organized by age, and the only tab that is four across is my current breeders.

lore! and then after that its my tabs for fandragon breeding projects (which are separated by page for each character) and then it's just my sell/holding tab

i organise mine by colour - by putting ones i think look similar together and not necessarily by fr colour

except ivory primary has its own tab lmao
