...front page dragons?
I remember when I first started commenting on user profiles, there were often one or two other comments also mentioning that the dragon reached the front page! Now it seems I'm usually the only one :0 Are there less people seeing the front page dragon or are there just less comments?

What I think is happening: People simply leave a star on the front page dragon and don´t bother to actually tell the owner.

despite being a 2015 lair, literally until a few days ago i had zero comments on my profile and i was wondering if i just never had front page dragons or what, lol

I tend to only comment on seemingly-active lairs. If the dragon is starving to death, I just go back and refresh the page.
I wish it could be a thing where your dragon has to be somewhat-fed to well-fed to show up on the front page.

I only comment on lairs that are fed, and if I notice someone else said the dragon was on the front page I don’t bother adding another comment. I could, but they already know the dragon was on the front page, so I don’t feel it necessary to say anything.
I think it also depends on the dragon / user / profile. Known user or really pretty dragons tend to get a bunch of comments.
Personally I let people know via message and send them a screenshot if I feel like it.

I often go to the front page to see the random dragons, because it's an easy way to find inspiration without having to dig through forums.
I just don't think it's a special feat to make it to the front page, because it's just the dragon pulled out of the virtual hat, and sits there for about 30 seconds before a new one pops up. I don't see the need to let people know when their dragon "made the front page."

I know for a fact that there a quite a few people who are very active and just don´t want to feed their dragons, so I comment even on dead looking lairs If I ever go look at frontpage dragons.
