I'm not sure how small they can be but I do know my girl here is on the larger end and held a record for like, a day at one point. Though males tend to be larger than females.

I keep size records for all dragons in this spreadsheet.
I also collect these dragons in this tab.
Males do indeed have the larger ranges for length and weight, but both males and females have the same wingspan ranges.
The overall records for Aberrations are:
