From the moment I saw the new genes I’ve been curious about this; I looked up the word ‘myrid’ because I didn’t recognize it and it doesn’t appear to be an actual word that exists? I only found a type of medication... Did staff misspell ‘myriad’? That name doesn’t make sense either. I can’t be the only one thinking about this?

I mean I'm not sure why the primary is called "Boulder" when it's not really rocky or stony, but Myrid is definitely strange. Just an oddly named gene set all around. xD
I'm surprised they didn't name the set Meander and Speira because that's immediately what popped into my mind when I saw the gene designs.

Does that Pokemon fandragon exist yet? Check out this thread, where you can find Pokemon fandragons in one place :)

i also assumed they misspelled myriad! however i feel like it would have been fixed before release so maybe they just wanted it to be quirky fresh?

Given the theme of the digsite, I kinda assumed it might be something related to harpy lore? Like, a boulder is a rock, so that's the rocks the harpies live on and around. Then myrid might be something to do with harpies? But yeah, nothing comes up in google so idk.
