my project for the summer is to re-do my den organization- i wanna get some insight on what kind of lairs people like to see! so... tab heavy lairs, or few tabs with full pages, or few dragons with a page each my 145 dragon count says otherwise 4 me

.. i just wanna see what people like n have to get some inspiration!

My first two tabs are organized by the color wheel :3

It'd look way nicer as soon as I finish up more projects and move them over into their proper tab

I like tabs with 1-3 pages, and only like 10-20 dragons per page.

i do like when dragons are matched up together by color, nd especially satisfying when theres a bunch of them being matchy matchy

I.. organize by breed, sometimes I go the extra mile and organize by color after (minus my progens, they're the most important so they always go first)
*forgot to add, I also organize by pose so it looks cleaner.

I have 7 tabs, technically 8 but I don't use the 8th one. The last tab is just my holding tab for dragons I'm selling, sending to an exalt rescue, or have been rented out to me.

One of my tabs is for my ancients only, so that's just kind of how it goes. The "Meeting Area" tab is the unorganized/ where the hell do i put these guys tab.

In my hibden I have 3 tabs, normally one's for the ones I really like, another for ones I just want to sell, and the third for projects. Considering I'm waiting on brightshine to clear out my den, I just sorted everything into "keeping" "leaving" and "unsure"

For browsing other people's lairs, I find I prefer just a few tabs with full-ish pages—it's so much clicking just to see the dragons otherwise. ;-;

I stuck to the original 5x4 layout for my main lair pages after the revamp, but that's just because it's what I was used to.

mine is organised by lore, i like to have no more than one page per tab just because i think it looks neater, but sometimes it's necessary :3

Rainbow layout is always satisfying to look at, and the less I have to click around, the better. Those lairs that have a ton of tabs/pages with a single dragon each are by far my least favourite. Not being able to see them next to each other somehow makes them all blend together more if they all have the same aesthetic (and dragons presented that way often do, for whatever reason). It's harder to see what makes them distinct from each other.

Lairs divvied up by things like sub-clans aren't really visually interesting in and of themselves, but I appreciate the thought that goes into them.

Generally, I like to keep the amount of clicking to a minimum, so I dont use very many tabs/pages, with notable dragons in the first tab, lore/non-lore dragons in the second, and hatchlings in the third

There's also a few lore things going on in the hib den, but thats simply where the bad bois get frozen in ice and dragons stop being injured, whether forcefully or willingly.

In the tabs themselves, it gets complicated:
organize by species(floofiest to least floofiest in my standards), gender (male to female), and then ID/age(oldest to youngest)
