Like the title said, i'm curious what aesthetics you think are underrepresented in Flight Rising?
For me, its the Steampunk sets, and water themed sets.
Now we technically have one, but before the art update the set had a very specific mechanic that was lost. The wings 'clipped' into the vest, and felt like they were apart of/an attachment to that set. The adjustment did make it so that set could better blend in with other armor sets, but at the cost of losing that one thing.
So I sort of want to see more mechanical/interconnected apparel pieces. Things like a armor piece, but different parts clip in/attach to it, to create cool mechanical designs.
Also, there's not really much in terms of 'the sea' I feel like. Theres some stuff, but a lot of it is water-flight festival things, or recolors of other sets that feel like they were made with nature or arcane in mind. I feel like we could use shell themed armor, or dragon scuba gear.

Definitely agree on steampunk... it's just the steampunk set and a few odd fest apparels here and there. Very, very narrow selection to choose from. Would love more mechanical apparel for my robotic dragons

i think there's not nearly enough techy looking apparel; i think it would make sense to have some sets with a futuristic tech kinda aesthetic, considering a lot of the lightning fest apparel is exactly that. i guess i'd just REALLY like if that sort of thing wasn't exclusively restricted to lightning fests (and if it came in other color palettes besides lightning cyan, lol)

I know this is a fantasy site with dragons but I'd love to see some sci-fi high tech gear, kinda following Lightning's aesthetic to fit into the site
Given the site's commitment to non-modern technology, I can't say I feel the absence of that too much, since it makes sense for Sornieth's world. Though the thought of "aesthetic variation" makes me think of Neopets and how they have so many disparate worlds. Jelly World sticks out to me, but I definitely don't expect that kind of thing out of FR, haha ;P Maybe the original Faerieland that sat on a cloud though! Maybe someday we'll get a Very Floating breed that can live in the clouds :)

I agree, there is a serious lack of water based apperal. I wish we get like a mermaid holiday ( in the same way of the valentines day one ) that gave us a bunch of water apperal.
Because otherwise our options for a more tropical water theme are warmwater wanderers and seashell mantle. Both are retired fest items

I think we don't have enough apparel that works with "jobs". Like there's not very many sets that represent carrers for dragons and there's not enough tools in general.
What we have to much of IMO is flowy silks. So much apparel is just flowing fabrics clipped on dragons and frankly I'm tired of them :/

Begging for more science stuff, be it steampunk/scifi since I have so many scientists ;-; There aren't enough science apparel recolours and very little variety in science themed apparel.
Uniforms in general are something I'd like to see more of. We have mage/witch apparel, lab coats, gardeners stuff, those sets with the rings/overcoats and aviator apparel off the top of my head, but more diversity in "I am dragon with job" apparel would be great. Artist apparel would be fun; little easel and paintbrush set and some messy clothing for painting in?
