It pisses me off too. They should really lower the dodge chance of enemies, especially considering some of the things that keep dodging me are lower than the level of my dragons. :(

Haha, yeah, I know the feeling.
I've lost/been forced to flee a couple battles that I probably wouldn't have had to if the enemies hadn't dodged so much. x)
