Okay so this post originally was totally different. It is now a listing of confirmed information about Shock Switch's payout numbers! Arm yourself with knowledge!
Date of last update: September 2nd
THIS INFORMATION IS SLIGHTLY OUT OF DATE
The current amounts are accurate on normal difficulty, though payouts are slightly more (I think the base match on very hard is 22T right now) on higher difficulties and slightly less on lower. Be advised.
Disclaimer: I'm not FR staff or anything close, and Shock Switch is still being worked on. Treasure amounts might change and bugs may come and go. I won't know automatically.
Advice for Treasure Grinding: You should let your game end by running all the blocks to the top so you can "cash out" every few minutes or so. That way, if Shock Switch loses server connection you're not losing half an hour's worth of gaming down the drain.
Known Treasure Payout:
Payout is regardless of difficulty level, time, or actual score. It is based on the number of matches you make, and how many blocks are in the match. I can tell you the following 100% for certain.
Basic Matches:
3-Block Match: 18 T
4-Block Match: 27 T
5-Block Match: 38 T
(it's possible to go beyond 5 if you have blocks horizontally AND vertically in one match, but finding undisturbed blocks in the right positions to do it is way too much of a pain in the *** for me to test.)
Combos:
Done by forming matches of two colors in a single swap, without any blocks having to fall. Combos larger than 6 need to be done in columns side by side, and can be done up to solving 10 blocks at once.
6 blocks: 50 T
7 blocks: 64 T
8 blocks: 80 T
9 blocks: 96 T
10 blocks: 115 T
(it's possible to go beyond 10 if you have combos vertically and horizontally, but finding undisturbed blocks in the right positions to do it is way too much of a pain in the *** for me to test.)
Chains:
(Making a match that causes another match when blocks fall. Extremely difficult to test due to how many ways chains can be made/how many blocks can be involved/how many "levels" of the chain, etc, so consider any data here beyond the basics a sign of my extreme boredom.)
3-match that causes another 3-match: 74 T
But What About Scores?:
For those curious about scores, a basic 3-block match will net you 240 points on Very Easy and 1200 on Very Hard, with the other difficulties ranging between accordingly. I don't plan on digging into scores for different match configurations because this is annoying enough for me.
THE OLD POST:
There's a new paying game in the fairgrounds, guys! Report your hauls for your scores, let's figure out how time efficient it is compared to other known grinding methods!
I just made abooouuut 12k in one go on Very Hard.
This was my score. :P
