What are some things that make you happy??
Is it a specific memory? A specific gift you got or a favorite song or show?
An activity?

I've had a pretty ****** day and my anxiety's gotten pretty bad so I thought maybe hearing about what makes you all happiest would maybe make me smile~

Hi, sorry to hear you had a bad day today.
When my anxiety gets bad/I'm not doing well, it always helps me to breathe in realllyyyy deeply and let it out slowlyyyy a few times. Also, thinking about wobbly little kittens learning how to walk...with their little tiny pointy tails and their fluffy little faces ;__;
I also bookmark my favorite youtube videos (mostly of cats or dogs or weird videos) that cheer me up or make me laugh.
Coloring/doodling helps me too.

Aw, I'm sorry to hear that. D8 Bad anxiety days are no fun.

If you Google "tumblr things to do when you're anxious, scared or just need a distraction," the first result ought to be a masterpost of calming games/resources. I can't remember if it's listed on there, but there's a game called "Flower Spin" that I really love.

As for things that make me happy, I love gardening. About two months ago I decided that I wanted to grow things, so I cut the tops off of water bottles, filled them with potting soil and stuck some seeds in there. At first I only had beans, garlic, and pumpkins, but my cats chewed the leaves off from the bean plants. -_- They were just these sad little stalks, so I threw them out and replanted some beans and added fruit seeds I could find in the kitchen. (Grapefruit, pomegranate, cherries, apples...) Out of the fruit, only the apples have sprouted so far, but I'm still pumped. I got the seeds from a granny smith apple and I really want to have a granny smith apple tree so I can use the apples to make yummy pies.

Uh this might sound corny but it makes me super happy anyway
My mom and I got into Supernatural the October of last year together and have been watching it since, and we've just had a fantastic time (per usual when we get into shows). We even had a roadtrip sorta inspired by the show, and on the way back from said roadtrip we stopped at this great little rustic diner 40 minutes outside our town, smack dab in the middle of nowhere. So since we can't take as many roadtrip getaways as we'd like we set aside time every month - or sometimes multiple times a month - to visit this tiny restaurant and we always have a grand time whenever we go.

It's our special place and a great little getaway from everything for a while.

Plus the restaurant is known for having amazing pie and we always get a slice of whatever we haven't had yet (they cycle new ones in frequently)
or if they don't have anything new that day we toss a coin and winner gets to pick
