I got struck with weird thoughts today. Must be the nostalgia from boxing up an old (possibly broken) SNES and its games. I'm not sure why, but it seems like all of my favorite things get discontinued. (Not necessarily everywhere, but at least in my local area, for all I know some of these could be hiding in random gas stations somewhere.)
When I was little my absolute favorite cereal was Mud and Bugs. It was basically cocoa puffs with marshmallows and it was Lion King themed. It was also delicious. I loved that stuff so much.
My favorite flavor of toothpaste was also discontinued (as far as I can tell). Crest Lemon Ice. I loved that stuff because it tasted wonderful and had no minty aftertaste so I could drink or eat after brushing without feeling sick!
Pepsi Blue. I mostly loved it because it wasn't dark. For me those dark sodas have a weird, cloying undertone. And hey, it was blue! Annnd Mnt Dew LiveWire. Much as I liked that sour black Mtn Dew and Baja Blast, LiveWire was the best. Oh, and whatever those limited edition WoW Mtn Dews were.
Lastly, those Stuffed Bagel Bites. The ones that were fully covered and had the cheese inside of them. Yeah, those were the best. My grandmother used to keep some on hand for whenever I spent the night with her.

Oh I thought of somehing-the Sonic the Hedgehog Saturday morning cartoon. Where there was Sonic, Tails, and others fighting Robotnik, uh I mean Eggman. It got cancelled and ended on a cliff hanger. Was a good show and I was really into the Sonic Archie comics at the time too.
Still have those comics, but haven't gotten a new one in years.

Mountain Dew Voltage (the blue one) is very similar to Pepsi Blue and I drink it by the 2 liter bottle. They also brought French Toast Crunch back recently after it was gone for years so I am a happy happy Hissy.
Live Wire I think is also still around, I think I stumble across it at Tops sometimes. The Gamer Fuels are seasonal and rotate in and out of stock. Mountain Dew/Amp was trying to split from PepsiCo a while back, but Pepsi didn't want to let them go because they're such a moneymaker. Dunno if that's still ongoing or they settled down. Dew's been getting frisky with the flavors though and I love it. Pomegranate Amp? Limeade Kickstart? Yes thank you.
I miss the classic Spyro/Crash games. Let's branch out from brown runny-shooty or runny-shooty in space for a while, okay game companies?

Classic Spyro was my jam. And apparently neither do they.
I'm looking forward to the new Sly Cooper game/movie coming out in the next couple years. It's one of the rare cases where a new company takes over a series and seems to actually care and try to continue what made it good. Not a fan of what they did to Carmelita's outfit in Thieves In Time, but the heart of the game was definitely spot on.

Those were my favorite when I was a kid. Why did they have to go. ;~;
Also Caribou Coffee used to make coffee-flavored granola bars once and those were delicious, but then they disappeared. :c

Oreo made a cereal; oreo o's. I really miss it. I'm sure if I ate it now it would be so sugary I'd get sick, but oh man it's worth it. It kind of had this interesting after taste that I really liked and it turned your milk a weird very, very light blueish (maybe that is why it isn't there anymore).
Crest Luminous. Best. Toothpaste. Ever. They had one that was purple and it didn't taste bad and it also strengthened my enamel and whitened teeth. I swore by the darn thing for years. I'd pay just about anything for a case. xD I really hate mint and peppermint so toothpaste is horrible to me.
I know people hate pumpkin flavored things during the fall but, someone had pumpkin spice creamer that tasted amazing. When I sent on the hunt for it, it didn't show up at all. Then finally I saw it in a store one time, but I wasn't interested and I knew it would expire before I could use half of it.
