Pretty much anything Yoko Shimomura has worked on, which would include the first three I listed. Looking forward to her work on Final Fantasy XV~

Mmm, Halo music is awesome.
Less well known, but I love Subnautica's soundtrack. It really adds to the whole alien, undersea atmosphere.
