Alright, so I live in a house of five people (including myself) and four cats. Initially, our cats were no problem and we only had two adults until August. Then we got kittens.
At first, Tobemory and Minerva were mostly chilled out and didn't misbehave much, but they've gotten progressively worse. Below are listed the items they have broken or damaged, along with FORBIDDEN DEEDS!!
Two pairs of my headphones (One replacement pair included),
A butter dish belonging to my mum,
A whisky glass also belonging to my mum,
A frying pan older than me (My dad was very cross about this one)
Nearly destroyed both my laptop cable and HDMI cable,
Broke the radio for a small period of time by unplugging one of the wires we couldn't immediately see,
Mangled the edges of my Poetry Anthology for school,
Eaten and stolen multiple large amounts of bread and butter (which were in packets!) to which we responded with the monikers of 'Bread Thieves' and 'Criminals'.
Nearly mangled the shoelaces on my school shoes,
gouged huge lines out of wallpaper and leather sofa,
got stuck inside the piano for a bit,
tried to get into the washing machine,
jumped out of the bathroom window and went OUTSIDE!!!
Have begun to target the bin-liner and started going after plates left on the table,
Stolen pencils, pens and paintbrushes from my room,
Stolen nerf darts from my brother's cupboard
and finally- and this one sounds outlandish but is true - have somehow hidden my brother's passport and we cannot find it. They have moved on from petty theft to identity theft!
In all seriousness, the above things have all been done by a pair of 6-month-old cats and they have also destroyed any confidence the younger of our two adult cats had and have continuously wound up and upset the older one (who is a grumpy old lady who didn't need kittens in her life!!). They should be being 'fixed' soon but we don't have a date and this is TOO MUCH.
