I have to act out the role of someone who suffered from a stroke for my school health class, and I'm scared to death. I have a partner, but I'm still terrified. Advice for staying calm while I'm presenting?

Obviously, you're not me, so what's applicable to me might not be applicable to you, yet I will try anyways.

1. Stop thinking about it. Dwelling on it could actually make it worse in some cases.
2. Try a chant that you can think to yourself before presenation
3. Breathing exercises
4. Memes. Finding comic relief actually does help some people
5. Pretend you're an alien demonstrating to other aliens what kind of health problems their new friends might encounter

@Rainforest

I'm assuming that everybody gets a turn to do a script, so just keep in mind that everybody else in the class is just as anxious as you are when it's their turn c:

Just stay calm and if it makes you feel any better try practicing in front of your family or your friends to see how well you did, it doesn't really matter but I hope this sort of helps! :)
