I was talking to a few friends of mine about going to a haunted forest/battle ground. Might get a spirit board for the occasion, but then again I might not, you know I don't wanna get possessed or something

I love Halloween. I don't dress up or go trick or treating anymore tho which is sad and I wish I did but I just don't have fun with it anymore like I did when I was a kid. not to mention I don't have anyone to go with. the last time I had friends I was a tiny child LOL

Maybe someday I will again. I rly hope so coz I miss enjoying what's supposed to be a super fun holiday :o(



I don't think you're ever too old to go trick-or-treating, it's fun so why not!! Who doesn't love seein all those spooky decorations and gettin CANDY??

There's a house nearby with a huge yard and they go ALL OUT on Halloween decorations and it always looks amazing. I haven't seen it the past few years (coz like I said, I don't go trick-or-treating anymore) but it's really cool.

Halloween is my mom's favorite holiday also and she loves to decorate. I think she'll start this weekend since October's finally here :DD

what are you going to dress up as?
Nothing, this year. I'm actually going to be out of town on Halloween. My dream is to finally finish one of my costume, either my dromaeosaur character, or an early 18th-century-style outfit.
But that's not for a long time. I have other projects to finish first and just so much spare time in which to do them.

how old do you think is too old to go trick or treating?
I'd love to still go trick-or-treating, and I'm in my 30's. Honestly I think it's situational. In a neighborhood or apartment complex or such, I think by the time you hit legal adulthood most people would say to stop trick-or-treating.
However, I went in college! Both around the dorms, and to neighborhoods. A bunch of campus organizations held a contest to see who could trick-or-treat for the most canned goods to donate to a local food bank. My group won :B we were dressed as Tetris blocks.

do you even celebrate halloween??
As a fun holiday, yes. As anything related to a religion or spiritual practice, no.

what are some of your funny halloween stories?
Like I said above, once I went as a Tetris block.
Nowadays I'm a candy stop for the kids who go out. Last year I had a mom with her boy and it was his first Halloween, and I was his first stop! He barely made it up the one step to my door, then he didn't know what to do with the candy I offered him. And then he had to sit down and scoot on his rear to get back down the step.
