We had to perform a music sequence after school today. We go onto the stage and the teacher walks up to me and just, with this nasty and angry expression, says to me,
"Why do you have that on? Why do you have your coat on?" And I just shrug, not knowing what to say. I hate being yelled at. Over half of the time when I'm scolded or yelled at, I have to prevent myself from having a meltdown. I then whisper to the guy next to me, "because I'm cold."

We were also supposed to wear black and gold but I don't get why she told me off.
1. The coat has gold stars on it. More of a rose gold, but still. Gold is gold.
2. My coat was unzipped. You could SEE my black and gold shirt through the zipper.
My music teacher screeches at us for no reason sometimes. We've seen her 3/5 days of the week so far. We have to see her again tomorrow. She's probably gonna screech at us for "messing up our routines".

My old teacher at a career center used to do that because it was "unprofessional" You were only allowed to wear a coat/hoodie if it was the school's brand which btw, they didn't carry in my size

Oh gosh, she reminds me of my old music teacher. He was very loud, but honestly he was just used to teaching older students. So you can imagine how frustrated he was with rambunctious kids.
He yelled at me once for tardiness. I was so angry that morning that I just yelled back that it was because of traffic. Now, I don't condone yelling back at teachers or anything. I think it worked out for me in that case because I was one of the quietest students in my class. xD

school is such an oppressive, stifling environment. i cant count the number of times i was yelled at like that for dumb crap. i hate all the arbitrary hoops they make you jump through.

We're not allowed to go the toilet during a class because "you should've gone when it was break time"

We're not allowed to wear any type of coat or a jacket that looks like one, unless it's extremely cold
oh yeah teachers get extremely mad whenever you wear anything that covers your head, like chill it's not like I'm keeping my phone in a hat or something. They especially hate hoodies for that reason? I mean we've got people who dress with very inappropriate stuff and they're fine but a hoodie isn't?
