I'm currently looking for cool Netflix series to watch! :)
Things I already watched and liked:

- Stranger Things
- The Umbrella Academy
- Queer Eye
- True Crime documentaries
- Brooklyn Nine Nine
- comedians like John Mulaney or Trevor Noah

Stand Still. Stay Silent.
I'm not use if it's available worldwide, but I greatly enjoyed The Crown, which is a historical drama about Elisabet II and her story when she rises to the throne. It's a very well shot and written series.

It seems to be available, but I'm not the biggest fan of historical dramas :') I'll keep it in mind tho, maybe I'm in the mood sometime. thank you!

@casscain

Understandable!

If you want something that will definitely hook you in, I can highly recommend Breaking Bad as well!

breaking bad is amazing! ^

personally i loved black mirror, each episode is independent and they're SO cool and clever and freaky. it's like a dystopian TV show n it's so scary to see things that happened in black mirror actually developing in the real world but yeah 10/10 would recommend !!!

Seconding Black Mirror and Breaking Bad! Black Mirror especially is a favorite of mine. Like idiosyncratic said, each episode is independent, so you can start at any point in the series, and if any aren’t to your tastes, you can try another. Everyone I know who watches has their own personal favorites. Breaking Bad on the other hand is a continuous series. It’s a very well written and detailed story that’s hard to stop watching once you get into it.

A Series Of Unfortunate Events, especially if you loved the books!

Oh, but can't you feel it?! The void, it's calling me- Calling all of us! It wants to eat our souls, so that we never ascend to the heavens, it wants to absorb us! It needs sustenance, so that it may expand and envelop this whole useless world! All that muck and grime, the ooze, it will fill every crevice of reality, and it will change the world into a paradise! All you have to do is live to see it!
And why aren't I scared? Because the void is the afterlife, and I am its Grim Reaper!
It may or may not be on there still but The Almighty Johnson's was a great show in my opinion. It's about these 4 brothers who are Norse gods and in order to restore themselves to "full godly power" they have to pair up Odin and Frigg.
I don't like dramatic shows and there is a lot of comedy so that was a big plus for me. It is more for an adult audience (PG-13 to sometimes R) but if you enjoy 99 and Trevor then I'm sure it will be fine.

I'm not a huge Jerry Seinfeld fan but he does have a series where each episode he talks with a different comedian, a few of which I like so I watched just those episodes. Chelsea Peretti (99) has a Netflix special! Other comedians I really enjoy are Ali Wong, Tig Notaro, Bo Burnham, Donald Glover, and Anjelah Johnson. One of my favorite comedians are Bert Kreischer, he's very.... unapologetic.

@casscain I have two not mentioned that I really love!

1. Aggretsuko. It's an anime in the Hello-kitty kind of chibi style, so I can understand why it might look a bit strange. But the story is just a lovely commentary on romance for adults, overworking yourself, finding happiness in the strict Japanese workplace (As a female in the story, at least), and just.. its really good. Its a lovely slice of life and I highly recommend it!

2. Dragons: Race to the Edge. If you're a fan of the HTTYD series, I really recommend this. It's a consistently wonderful, six-season series of Hiccup & co a few years after the instances of the first movie. It's in-between the first and second. The characters they created (Dagur, Mala, Heather, etc) are lovely, and while there are some episodes that I'm.. somewhat disappointed with, the majority of the story is really good, and they come up with REALLY NEAT dragon concepts and such! Though, there were 2 1-season series' before them known as Riders of Berk and Defenders of Berk, but since im a mess, I skipped them and just went with the flow. It worked out relatively well? XDD

Edit: ALSO BOJACK HORSEMAN AND DRAGON PRINCE, I LOVE THOSE TWO TO BITS BUT I FORGOT THEY WERE ON NETFLIX

you might like Lucifer!! It’s a weird combination of a crime show, satanic stuff, and a few slices of some other stuff. I haven’t watched all of it myself, but based on what you like, I think you’d enjoy it ;0
