1. PEOPLE NOT DOING THEY DANG GROUP WORK
okay, a week or two back I had to do a huge group project with 4 other kids. that was 5 of us. 3 of us (including me) were taking the project very seriously, but the other two would not get down and study. one of them lost a big part of the assignment not even 2 days into it. we confronted the teacher and fortunately for us, she said it would only effect THEIR grade, not ours.

2. when you make contact with the opposite gender for 0.2 seconds and someone thinks you're crushing on them

so I sit next to this boy in most classes, but we absolutely hate each other. he steals my stuff without asking, tries to distract me from my schoolwork, and he also thinks OCD isn't real and is just a look for attention (absolutely ridiculous, i know). no clue why he hates me, I've never done anything to him. well one day my friends and I were talking about crushes n love n marriage and my friend was like "You seem like you might marry an Ethan. (Nobody I've met named Ethan, btw) Or *insert boy's name*"
His name isn't that common of a name. And the tone she said it in was definitely like "oh u like himmm" gosh I've never been that upset with crush-calling but to accuse me of liking HIM is just.. ugh


Sorry for rambling on, what are your stories of things people do that you really wish they would NOT do?

[/quote] URGH YES i had to email my history teacher and she told off the whole class Three of us stayed back during the hols in school to do the project and the other two made up such lousy excuses. Luckily my group member's mom was a history teacher in the school so she could advise us and stuff ----- other than that PLS don't disturb me while I'm reading or "daydreaming". It's annoying when I'm absorbed in this book or "daydreaming" and then the person says to me oH hEy HaVe YoU sEeN tHe LaTeSt K-pOp SoNg YeT (1. I don't listen to K-pop 2. I'M REFLECTING ON STUFF/READING AND YOU'VE JUST INTERRUPTED MY TRAIN OF THOUGHT/READING SESSION) Unless it's during classes then sure so i won't get killed but not during free time

I really don’t like it when people are loud while I’m writing. It’s hard enough thinking of what to even put down and even harder to make it non-repetitive and clear without the television blaring on 32 and having three separate people speaking so loudly that you can’t even hear your own thoughts!

I wish people would stop trying to have conversations with me when I have headphones on. I obviously don't want to talk to anybody I'm trying to relax heck off please.

When I finally get the chance to watch something I've been dying to see and my dad, who tends to stick to himself all day, will spontaneously decide he needs come into the part of the house I hang out in to tell me a million things.

And not all at once, mind you! He'll get me thinking I can unpause the video, but seconds after I do, he gets going again.

I love him, but boy do I want to attack him like a feral baboon when he does that.

Strangers sitting right next to me at the lunch table/subway/etc

I would never tell them to move (unless they were being rude)! I'm not mean! I just don't like being really close to people I don't know. It's uncomfortable

i don't like it when people talk to me when i'm under the weather, and kindly tell them that i would prefer to be left to my own devices in those situations.
however, some people take it as motivation to talk more, and then i tend to get snappy. very snappy.

i also don't like it when people talk whilst i am reading.

when people ship you with your friends because you're the opposite gender

please school people don't do it's y i k e s. I'm friends with mainly guys only 1 girl at school, and they keep shipping me with them and it's no. please no.

the whole not doing your work thing in a group thing I'm usually like guilty but also not?? Like usually the first lesson I just don't know what to do and just look at reddit memes and then the next day I basically do my whole part or everything that I can do, so it's not like I don't do anything at all? I just don't do anything in the beginning because I usually have no clue of what we're supposed to do.

talking when you're not supposed to talk

when we're watching an actually interesting movie at school we have this one group of friends who keep talking and I h a t e t h e m. Like, please? can I just watch the movie in silence without you screaming that animals aren't supposed to have rights?yeah one of them said that one time and I honestly hate them 20 thousand times more for it, have they never had a pet or something?
