We had a tornado warning but I ended up watching Rampage thinking "if it happens it happens."

last hallowe'en we had a storm with some nadoes come through at around 5 am so obviously i just moved the mirror from inside my closet to Elsewhere and dragged my comforter off the bed and slept in the closet all night bc i didn't want to get up at five am for the nado warning.
no one was hurt, i don't think anything actually touched down, so it was all good
haven't had that many bad storms this spring though which is mighty suspicious all things considered

As an east coaster, recently turned midwest resident, I was having a jolly old time with sirens going off everywhere lmao. Hide in a basement for a bit but all we got were intense storms; still a freaky experience tho!

I live in an old house made of logs, so anytime we get a tornado here, I feel pretty secure just staying inside my house. It's very sturdy and it's not going anywhere.

ive never had to deal with tornadoes, living all the way in the north helps with that, aha

i was born in tornado alley. we moved to the midwest, and then our old apartment was flattened by a tornado less than a year later
