TOPIC | Focus On Something Else While Waiting?
1 2
I am waiting for a book to come out on the 30th, and the wait is killing me. I think the best thing I can do is focus on something else, even though I do not want to lol, but what?

I know it's only five days away, but every day makes me even more anxious for it.

2. Dragalia Lost mobile game
3. Webtoons/manga
4. Window shopping

It's on Steam and its really good. It's a sort of visual novel "choose your own adventure" type of game about dragons!! Both the artwork and writing for the game is very good imo. There's a free demo too!
Sillette I never heard of that game, what is it like?
It's a mobile game that's simple to pick up and learn! You control a party of 4 to defeat stages, and it's pretty actively updated with events lasting a little longer than a week every so often! The story and other content is great, the different stages to grind actually make sense because they all feed into the direct progression of your party, there aren't a lot of intricacies like other Asian mobile games, and there's plenty of guides online to help you along the way! The best part is that it's still good to play for free! You get most of your units from the random summons, but opportunities to get the summon currency are aplenty, and if you play it often, you'll easily amass enough wyrmite (the summon currency) to summon new units often. ^^ The art isn't bad either, and being backed by Nintendo and developed by the same team behind Granblue Fantasy, it's an amazingly fun and easy to understand RPG I was all over the place with the explanation but it was fun to play it for the past several months! I'd say the progression in Dragalia is also much, much faster than say FR, so you'll always have something to do, especially when you first start, since leveling up gives you plenty of stamina and getherwings to do quests.

@Smolseed

That sounds like an awesome game! How much is it though...?

@Sillette

Is the game going to go well for someone like me who have a hard time being entertained by a game for longer than two seconds?

Golden Treasure: The Great Green is $19.99 USD on the Steam webstore. Reviews are marked as Very Positive. I suggest combing through the reviews on the site, just to get a general idea of what the game is, before buying.

edit: Whoops, forgot to include my recommendation. I suggest playing Sky: Children of the Light. It's an app game, free to play, and fairly intuitive. It's got no combat, but focuses on exploration and player interaction to get around. Graphics are amazing, music is amazing, and it's a very atmospheric experience. (If you've ever played Journey, it's a bit like that)
