Anyone have any music they want to recommend?

I want to expand the music I listen to (which isn't much at the moment tbh) so any genre is fine, I'll try out anything honestly

I listen to some indie folk, Japanese "city pop", and medieval polyphony. Here are some folks I recommend, in no particular order:

Indie Folk
Florence + the Machine
Vashti Bunyan
Sibylle Baier
Linda Perhacs
First Aid Kit

Japanese "city pop"
Casiopeia
Mariya Takeuchi
Haruomi Hosono

Medieval polyphony
Anything from Fontgombault Abbey
Anything from Clear Creek Abbey
Anything by the Anonymous 4 Polyphony Group
Any chants, really

While you're playing Flight Rising, please remember to take care of yourself. You're loved, cherished, and are a human being with dignity and personhood. Also remember that there are many people in need of your love, your talents, your kind words, and your actions. You needn't advertise, but instead, advocate. Do your best to maintain healthy boundaries and to help those who need your help. In the end, love heals all wounds.

Tatsuya Maruyama is an amazingly talented acoustic guitar player, I've been listening to his stuff this month. I'm trying to make plans to go hear him play at some point.

I always recommend The Arcadian Wild, they've become one of my favorite indie/folk groups. They're one of the few groups that are even better live, I recently was able to hear them play in Nashville!

I've also been listening to Chance the Rapper's album Coloring Book this week, it's one of my favorite rap albums. Really soulful vibes!

I'd be remiss if I didn't recommend some jazz for you to listen to, check out Miles Davis' album Kind of Blue. It's one of the greatest jazz albums of all time!

If orchestral music is something you may be interested in, check out the London Philharmonic's youtube or spotify channel, they have a bit of everything. Tchaikovsky's Symphony no. 4 is one of my favorite orchestral symphonies, it's worth a listen!

I also love 8 Graves, they are pretty similar to The Neighborhood ^-^ Then there are Starset (#truelove since 2015) and Rammstein (#truelove since... I don't remember. 2013? 2014?). Both are really great in my opinion!
