Hello!! I love animated movies and I've seen most of the classic disney/pixar/dreamworks ones, so I'm looking for something new which would inspire me. I'm struggling with an artblock right now and a movie usually helps, but I've ran out of movies to watch, so recommendations are welcome! c:

Rise of the Guardians, The Halloween Tree, The Black Cauldron (though that has some very dark moments), Flight of Dragons...
All good movies and all pretty underrated. Black Cauldron is a Disney one so you might've already seen it, though.

@SheridanCharon The only one I've seen out of those is Rise of the Guardians. I'll check them out ^^

Brother Bear and Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron are very underrated, but they're both some of my favorite movies of all time. Whenever I watch them I get very inspired to make art.
@EWSpirit I love both of them a lot!!! I rewatch Spirit at least few times a year, it never fails to bring me to tears.

HOO BOY I have way too many underrated movies I adore, let's list them off!:
I just realized half of my childhood was Dreamworks
- Megamind (though now it's starting to gain traction, it def wasn't popular when it came out)
- The HTTYD franchise as a whole. Though the movies are most well known. I know it's more well known, especially after it's final installment, but its fandom is... small to say the least
- Over the Hedge? Anyone remember that masterpiece?
- Prince of Egypt, a true adaptation that hardly sugarcoats.
- Shrek Forever After. No one mentions it besides some youtubers occasionally. Everyone thought it was crap after the UNMENTIONABLE INSTALLMENT and gave up. rlly good tho
- Anastasia. Pretty decent movie that WASN"T made by Disney (I have a bias for this movie tho since my mom named our felled cat after Pooka)
- Madagascar 2. Just... Madagascar 2.
